Where is the studio located?
MODRN Movement is at 8 Ranger Cl, Chirnside Park, VIC 3116. We open August 3rd.
Do I need to be experienced to train here?
No. We coach everyone from total beginners to competitive lifters. Every program starts where you are.
How large are the small group sessions?
Group sessions are capped at 3–6 people so you still get hands-on coaching every session.
Do you publish pricing?
Pricing depends on the pathway and frequency that fits you. Send an enquiry and we’ll walk you through the options.
Can I do online coaching if I live elsewhere?
Yes. Our online coaching is delivered through a mobile app and is available globally.
What's included in nutrition coaching?
Goal-specific structure, weekly check-ins, habit work and direct coach access. Sustainable, not extreme.
How often should I train?
This depends on your goals, schedule, and experience level. Some people train 2-3 times per week and get great results, while others do more. We’ll help guide you toward what’s realistic and effective for you – while helping stick to your budget”
